Abstract
Due to the ongoing pandemic many industries must adapt to the new normal, including the education industry to prevent academic freeze. There are 2 main types of online learning, synchronous classes, conducted through face to face or online sessions and Asynchronous classes, done offline. This study aims to find the most effective type of online learning style by providing data to the educational industry, to survey the compatibility of the student's personality on the virtual learning environment (VLE). Using the grade 12 MMA iAcademy Students, who regularly attend and pass assessments. Their answers will be kept anonymous for confidentiality. The results of this study will help determine the middle ground between synchronous and asynchronous on VLE.

Chapter 1
COVID-19, is a virus that caused a pandemic, limiting social interaction, humans are forced to adapt to new normal, this includes the education industry. The Department of Education (DepEd) has proposed to shift to a virtual learning environment (VLE) to prevent an academic freeze, leading to the creation of a learning management system (LMS). There are 2 types of online learning asynchronous and synchronous. Synchronous classes are conducted in real-time, meaning that both video call and on-site classes are considered as synchronous learning. Asynchronous classes are assessments done offline and to be submitted on the given deadline.

This study seeks to contribute quantitative data to the DepEd that would provide better guidelines in the utilization of synchronous and asynchronous classes. The study uses the causal-comparative method to find the independent and dependent variables. Due implementation, there is a lack of preparation. To improve their learning experience, it is important to identify the perspectives and experiences of students on distance learning.
The objective of this study is to identify the most beneficial type of remote learning style for Grade 12 MMA Students, providing data and solutions for educational institutions to use and assess compatibility of student's personality to virtual learning environment (VLE).

This study will be limited to data collected through surveys using online platforms. They will be assessed about their preferred learning style that can fully improve their academic performances given the new normal. The responses of the survey’s data will be anonymous and confidential. The beneficiaries are the grade 12 Multimedia Arts students of iACADEMY, teachers, administrators, and parents.
Chapter 2
This study looks into different types of remote and distance learning with the students' individual preferences in which is more effective as traditional on-site learning. Using the four psychological dimensions, Introvert–Extrovert, Sensing–Intuition, Thinking–Feeling, and Judging–Perceiving, assessing the student’s psychological preference easily. These sets of characteristics are factors that affect the student’s levels of motivation, This is why a student’s personality plays an important role in evaluating an Online learning types’ effectiveness.
Chapter 3
In this chapter, a systematic analysis of the methods used for this study is acknowledged and discussed. It presents the frameworks, respondents, methods of research, instruments, data-gathering procedures, and the statistical treatment of data in which is essential to ensure the reliability and validity of the study.

Based on Jung’s Theory of Personality, students’ respective learning styles are evaluated; thus, allowing teachers to modify the current virtual learning environment. students can familiarize themselves with the remote learning type that best suits their preferences. The study utilizes the causal-comparative method of research since it uses both the independent and dependent variables of the topic at hand. It discusses the similarities and differences of the variables in order to investigate the relationship between the two. The main population chosen are the 5 sections of Grade 12 Multimedia Arts students. The sample size is 10 students from the 6 different sections or stratified sampling. 59 students who are enrolled under Multimedia Arts and Design track, attend regularly, submit assessments on time, and male or female are the respondents for this research.
